[ Fastwater Staffing ] Phased Array Antenna Lead Systems Engineer | Relocate to Montreal, Canada (Full Relocation Package)

As part of the System Engineering Department, the Phased Array antenna lead Engineer will lead, and coordinate the work needed for the definition, development and execution of the Phased Array designs, and the preparations, implementation, testing and verification of the of such sub-systems.

The Phased array antenna engineer will perform and participate in the following tasks and activities, depending on the background and experience of the candidate.

Generate and maintain the requirements of the Antenna sub-system and lower level associated to the sub-system units.

Perform requirements management activities, e.g. tracing parent and child requirements, requirements justification, etc.

Lead the development of design architecture and sub-system level performance budgets

Lead a cross-disciplinary team to converge on a design architecture that meets the mission requirements.

Generate and maintain verification matrices and detailed test requirements.

Develop and maintain build matrices to identify and track all product development hardware.

Develop the Assembly, Integration and Test Plan. Support test activities starting from the planning phase through to production.

Review unit level & system level test data, evaluate non-compliances. Support efforts on automated data post-processing/management.
