Role Description
- This full time Fashion Sales role is an on site position based in Riyadh.
- Welcoming customers, understanding their style preferences, and guiding them through product selections to create complete looks.
- Daily tasks include presenting merchandise, maintaining product displays, handling sales transactions, and ensuring the sales floor is tidy and visually appealing.
- Building long term customer relationships, supporting store promotions, and achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborating with colleagues, participating in product training, and providing feedback on customer trends to management.
Qualifications
- More than 4 years experience in fashion retail.
- Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent customer service skills to deliver a welcoming, attentive, and professional in store experience.
- Solid sales skills to identify customer needs, recommend products, and meet sales targets.
- Training and sales management skills to support onboarding of new team members and contribute to sales performance.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and styling, with the ability to create coordinated outfits.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in fashion retail or customer facing roles is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, business, or retail management is an asset.
