Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional, and attentive manner
- Provide styling advice and product knowledge on abayas, kaftans, jalabiyas, dresses, and bridal wear
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Assist with fitting room needs, sizing, and garment recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well presented
- Manage stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product displays
- Build long term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally
- Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and seasonal trends
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)
- Good command of English
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, abayas, or luxury/modest wear
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong sales orientation with a target driven mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays

About the Role
- We are looking for a passionate and customer focused Fashion Sales Associate (Arabic Speaker) to join our growing team.
- As the face of our brand in store, you will provide an exceptional shopping experience, build strong customer relationships, and help clients find pieces that make them feel confident and elegant.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional, and attentive manner
- Provide styling advice and product knowledge on abayas, kaftans, jalabiyas, dresses, and bridal wear
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Assist with fitting room needs, sizing, and garment recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well presented at all times
- Manage stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product displays
- Build long term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally
- Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and seasonal trends
- Collaborate with the store team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) — mandatory
- Good command of English
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, abayas, or luxury/modest wear
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Well groomed, presentable, and professional appearance
- Strong sales orientation with a target driven mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of UAE retail/mall culture and customer expectations is a plus
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Al Ain
- Valid UAE residence visa or transferable visa preferred
