Role Description
- The Fashion Retail Sales Manager is a full time, on site role based in Jeddah, responsible for leading store operations and driving sales performance.
- This role oversees daily floor activities, including supervising sales staff, managing visual merchandising, and ensuring that store displays reflect current collections and brand standards.
- The manager monitors sales targets, analyzes store metrics, and implements strategies to increase revenue and improve customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance across all stores and implement action plans to improve results.
- Analyze sales reports, KPIs, and market trends to maximize business performance.
- Ensure all stores operate in accordance with company policies and operational standards.
- Monitor visual merchandising, store presentation, housekeeping, and stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, licenses, and operational requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to improve team performance.
- Monitor staff productivity, attendance, scheduling, and performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning for store teams.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all stores.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Fashion Retail.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple retail stores.
- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with experience meeting or exceeding store targets.
- Strong background in Apparel or Fashion Retail is a must.
- Proven Customer Service and Customer Experience skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and problem solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Ability to manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations in a fast paced environment.
