Qualifications

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing a team, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Passion for coffee and the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- A relevant degree or certification in business management, hospitality, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
