Responsibilities
- Oversee family office financial affairs including cash flow management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Analyze and evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support portfolio allocation
- Prepare financial models, scenario analyses, and investment memoranda for decision making
- Monitor investment performance and manage relationships with banks and external advisors
- Ensure compliance with regulations and support wealth planning, risk management, and governance
Requirements
- Strong foundation in finance and investments, including financial modeling, valuation, and portfolio analysis
- Proficiency in accounting and reporting, including budgeting, cash flow management, and management reports
- Demonstrated ability to conduct investment research and due diligence
- Experience managing relationships with banks, asset managers, legal and tax advisors
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Master's degree, CFA, or CPA qualification is an advantage
- Experience in family office, investment firm, private banking, or corporate finance in the region

Role Description
- Full time, on site role based in Dubai for a Family Office Finance and Investment Executive.
- Oversee financial affairs including cash flow management, budgeting, and financial reporting across holdings.
- Analyze and evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and support portfolio allocation across asset classes.
- Prepare financial models, scenario analyses, and investment memoranda to support decision making.
- Monitor investment performance, manage relationships with banks and external advisors, ensure compliance, and support wealth planning, risk management, and governance.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in finance and investments, including financial modeling, valuation, and portfolio analysis.
