Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver preventive healthcare services, including health screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle counseling
- Manage patients across all age groups and coordinate continuity of care
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and families regarding disease prevention and health promotion
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Refer patients appropriately to other specialties and allied health services when required
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, clinical guidelines, and quality standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education activities
Requirements
- Medical Degree with specialization in Family Medicine
- Valid DOH License/Eligibility as a Family Medicine Specialist
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a medical center, primary healthcare center, or hospital setting is preferred
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
- Proficiency in EMR systems and medical documentation
- Arabic speaking is mandatory
- Ability to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive, and patient focused care
