• **Position:** Family Medicine Physician

• The successful candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to individuals and families while focusing on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and long-term patient wellness. **Qualifications & Board Recognition**

Key Responsibilities – Family Medicine

• Provide comprehensive **primary healthcare services** to patients across all age groups, ensuring continuity of care and long-term patient management.
• Conduct detailed **clinical assessments, medical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations** to diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Manage **chronic diseases** such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular conditions, respiratory disorders, thyroid disease, and metabolic disorders in accordance with evidence-based clinical guidelines.
• Deliver **preventive healthcare services**, including routine health screenings, immunisations, lifestyle counselling, and early disease detection initiatives.
• Develop and implement **individualised treatment and care plans**, ensuring appropriate follow-up and monitoring of patient outcomes.
• Provide **patient education and counselling** on health maintenance, disease prevention, nutrition, and lifestyle modification.
• Coordinate **referrals to specialist physicians and allied healthcare professionals** when required and ensure effective follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive **electronic medical records and clinical documentation** in compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
• Participate in **clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and patient safety programs**.
• Collaborate with **multidisciplinary healthcare teams** to ensure integrated and high-quality patient care.
• Ensure compliance with **UAE healthcare regulations, ethical medical practice standards, and hospital policies**.
