- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across age groups, including acute, chronic, and preventive health needs
- Manage common conditions, chronic diseases, vaccinations, screening, and lifestyle risk reduction
- Coordinate referrals and continuity of care with specialists, diagnostics, and allied health teams
- Deliver evidence based counselling for family health, occupational health, travel medicine, and wellness
- Maintain high standards for clinical documentation, patient education, and follow up planning
- Participate in quality improvement, preventive care campaigns, and patient safety initiatives
Requirements
- Internationally recognized family medicine qualification (e.g., American Board, UK CCT/MRCGP, FRACGP, Arab Board, etc.)
- Eligibility for UAE licensing (DHA/DOH/MOH) and facility credentialing
- Strong clinical judgement and commitment to evidence based practice
- Excellent communication skills with culturally diverse patients and teams
- Ability to adapt to UAE healthcare regulations and documentation standards

About The Role
- A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in Dubai is expanding its primary care and seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Consultant/Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across age groups, including acute, chronic and preventive health needs.
- Manage common conditions, chronic diseases, vaccinations, screening and lifestyle risk reduction.
- Coordinate referrals and continuity of care with specialists, diagnostics and allied health teams.

Requirements
- Internationally trained family medicine consultant/specialist with recognized qualifications such as American Board of Family Medicine, UK CCT/MRCGP, FRACGP, Arab Board, etc.
- Eligibility for UAE licensing and facility credentialing.
