We are looking for a motivated and curious IT Intern who is passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and learning about computers, networking, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.

The IT Intern will assist with day-to-day IT operations, help maintain technology assets, support conference room technology, and contribute to keeping our IT environment organized and running efficiently.

You don't need to know everything—we're looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys figuring out how technology works, takes pride in staying organized, and is excited to learn.

If you're the type of person who enjoys building computers, experimenting with new technology, automating tasks, or exploring networking and cloud platforms, we'd love to meet you.

This internship is offered for academic credit only and is intended for students who are eligible to receive internship credit through their college or university.

This internship will run from September- December 2026.

· Genuine passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn.

· Interest in computers, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Positive attitude with a willingness to help others.

· Ability to troubleshoot problems logically and independently.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Comfortable lifting and moving computer equipment (up to 30 lbs).

· Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Pursuing a degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.

· Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365.

· Basic understanding of computer hardware and peripherals.

· Exposure to networking concepts (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, switches, routers) is a plus.

· Interest in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

· Experience building PCs, homelabs, or personal technology projects is a plus.

· Help Desk and end-user support

· Enterprise hardware deployment

· Networking fundamentals

· Microsoft 365 administration

· Cloud technologies (Azure/AWS)

· IT asset management

· Conference room and collaboration technology

· Cybersecurity fundamentals

· IT documentation and operational best practices
