Fair Planning and Delivery
- Maintain day-to-day oversight of the fair plan and progress agreed actions, deadlines and decisions across teams.
- Lead operational delivery through installation, live days, dismantling and closeout.
- Identify emerging delivery risks, resource constraints and competing priorities and resolve them where possible.
