Program Overview
Coordinate Pearson BTEC Higher National Diploma programs.
Deliver HND modules, support student success, and coordinate program activities.
Ensure compliance with Pearson academic standards and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Pearson HND modules and facilitate engaging learning experiences.
- Monitor student progress, assessments, attendance, and academic performance.
- Coordinate program schedules, assessments, and academic activities.
- Maintain academic records and support Pearson quality assurance processes.
- Provide academic guidance and learner support.
- Collaborate with faculty, students, and management to ensure smooth program delivery.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- One to three years of experience delivering Pearson BTEC HND programs.
- Strong understanding of Pearson assessment and quality assurance requirements.
- Excellent presentation skills are mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior Pearson BTEC HND delivery and program coordination experience is preferred.
