About the Role
Obaid Metal & Glass Co. LLC is hiring experienced Factory Production Engineer and Site Engineer for aluminium and glass works in Umm Al Quwain. Candidates must have 3-5 years of UAE/GCC experience in aluminium, glass, and façade works, and be capable of managing production or site installation independently.

Responsibilities
- Manage factory production or site execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, cutting lists, and project schedule
- Coordinate with estimators, draftsmen, project engineers, supervisors, foremen, workers, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and main contractors
- Ensure proper material planning, manpower allocation, daily work targets, quality control, wastage control, and timely completion of works
- Monitor fabrication, installation, inspection, rectification, and handover activities
- Prepare daily reports, work progress reports, material requirements, site measurements, and project status updates
- Ensure all works are completed safely, correctly, and as per project specifications
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of UAE/GCC experience in Aluminium, Glass, and Façade works preferred
- Good technical knowledge of aluminium systems, glass specifications, accessories, fabrication, and installation methods
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings, cutting lists, BOQ, and site measurements
- Strong leadership, coordination, problem solving, and reporting skills
- Must be able to work independently and take full responsibility for assigned projects
- UAE driving license will be an added advantage

Job Overview
- We are a reputed Aluminium and Glass contracting company based in Umm Al Quwain, UAE, looking for experienced and responsible candidates for Factory Production Engineer and Site Engineer positions.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must have strong experience in aluminium and glass works, including doors, windows, curtain walls, shopfronts, partitions, handrails, shower enclosures, skylights, ACP cladding, and related façade works.
- The candidate should be capable of handling factory production and site installation works independently from project start to final handover.
