Role Overview
Factory Operations Coordinator role in the carpentry, joinery, and custom furniture industry.
The role coordinates projects from site measurement through production, installation, and delivery.
The work focuses on coordination, administration, communication, and project follow-up rather than technical factory management.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
- Company-provided accommodation, transportation, and visa are included.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Estimation on material quantities and project cost estimates.
- Follow up with Purchasing to ensure materials and accessories are ordered correctly and on time.
- Verify materials against project specifications, quantities, colors, and finishes.
- Follow up on deliveries and report missing or delayed items.
- Coordinate with Factory or Production to ensure work follows approved drawings and requirements.
- Monitor production schedules and project progress.
- Identify and report delays, missing information, material issues, or production problems.
- Coordinate between measurement, estimation, purchasing, production, installation, and delivery teams.
