Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all daily factory operations
- Develop, implement, and monitor production plans to achieve operational targets
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Lead, manage, and develop production teams to enhance performance and productivity
- Monitor operational costs and improve resource utilization efficiency
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for factory equipment
- Manage inventory and raw materials while coordinating with relevant departments
- Prepare periodic operational reports and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, labor regulations, and occupational health & safety standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory management, preferably within the food, bakery, or confectionery industry
- Proven experience in production planning, quality management, and food safety systems
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make effective operational decisions
- Proficiency in operational systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
