Key Responsibilities1. Production Management
- Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end perfume manufacturing operations (blending, maceration, filtration, filling, packaging).
- Ensure production targets, timelines, and KPIs are consistently met.
- Monitor workflow, optimize processes, and reduce downtime.
2. Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure all products meet internal quality standards and international fragrance regulations (e.g., IFRA guidelines, GMP).
- Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to implement testing protocols.
- Maintain compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.
3. Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and supervise production staff, technicians, and supervisors.
- Develop workforce capabilities and maintain a high-performance culture.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and discipline.
4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Oversee raw materials (essential oils, alcohol, packaging materials) and finished goods inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Minimize wastage and manage cost efficiency.
5. Equipment & Maintenance
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and production equipment.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to avoid production disruptions.
- Evaluate and recommend upgrades or new technologies.
6. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Enforce workplace safety standards and safe handling of flammable materials.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and emergency procedures.
7. Cost Control & Budgeting
- Manage operational budgets and control manufacturing costs.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Report on production performance and financial metrics.
8. Continuous Improvement
- Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
- Drive innovation in production techniques and efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and adopt best practices.
