About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily operations of a joinery production facility in Dubai. The role requires strong technical knowledge of woodworking and joinery processes, leadership skills to manage production teams, and experience ensuring quality standards and project deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Oversee end to end factory operations including production planning, scheduling, and workflow management
- Manage and supervise joinery production staff, carpenters, and technicians
- Ensure production quality meets client specifications and company standards
- Monitor raw material usage, inventory levels, and coordinate procurement with the purchasing team
- Implement and maintain health & safety protocols across the factory floor
- Coordinate with design, project management, and site installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain and optimize machinery, tools, and equipment; schedule preventive maintenance
- Prepare production reports, track KPIs, and identify areas for process improvement
- Manage manpower planning, staff performance, and training needs
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering, Production Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in joinery/woodworking factory management, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, machinery (CNC, edge banders, panel saws, etc.), and production techniques
- Experience reading technical drawings and shop drawings
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/production software is a plus
- Prior experience in the UAE/GCC joinery or interior fit out industry preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
