Responsibilities
- Establish and manage all factory operations from scratch
- Recruit, build, and supervise production teams including upholsterers, sofa makers, carpenters, furniture assemblers, helpers, and production support staff
- Set up efficient production workflows, SOPs, and quality control systems
- Plan and monitor daily production schedules and delivery timelines
- Ensure high quality production for sofas, bedrooms, chairs, dining sets, and custom furniture
- Optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and factory resources
- Control production costs and reduce wastage
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and installation teams
- Maintain health, safety, and operational standards
- Solve production bottlenecks and improve efficiency continuously
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in furniture manufacturing / factory management
- Strong hands on experience in woodworking, upholstery, sofa production, and custom furniture manufacturing
- Proven experience managing full factory operations and production teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Ability to hire, train, and build high performing teams
- Excellent knowledge of furniture materials, production methods, and machinery
- Strong planning, reporting, and problem solving skills
- Experience in the UAE or GCC furniture industry is highly preferred

Overview
- Casa Bravo Furniture is expanding and opening a new furniture manufacturing factory, and we are looking for a highly experienced Factory Manager to lead the entire operation from the ground up.
- This is a senior leadership role for someone with strong expertise in furniture production, factory operations, team building, and production planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage all factory operations from scratch
