Mispah Pipeline Inspection Services LLC is hiring an experienced Factory Manager to lead the setup and operations of a garment manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees production planning, quality control, team management, and cost optimization in textile and garment manufacturing.

Responsibilities
- Lead factory setup, production planning, and workflow optimization
- Manage end to end garment manufacturing operations including cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and dispatch
- Drive productivity through lean manufacturing, line balancing, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supervise and develop production teams while ensuring compliance with UAE labour, health, and safety regulations
- Implement robust quality control systems to meet customer and international quality standards
- Manage production budgets, cost control, inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Oversee garment development, sampling, pattern development, fit testing, and made to measure processes for lab coats, scrubs, and uniforms
- Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, merchandising, design, and client teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Prepare operational reports and support client meetings, factory audits, and compliance activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, Fashion Design, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5–6+ years of experience in textile or garment manufacturing, including 3–5 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in garment production (uniforms, woven or knitwear)
- Experience in factory setup or greenfield manufacturing projects preferred
- Previous UAE/GCC manufacturing experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality assurance, cost management, inventory control, and garment manufacturing processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MIS systems
