Responsibilities
- Manage daily attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate submission of attendance and overtime data.
- Maintain employee files and HR records in compliance with company policies.
- Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and induction of new employees.
- Coordinate employee documentation, contract renewals, and HR correspondence.
- Generate HR reports related to manpower, attendance, leave, turnover, and payroll.
- Coordinate with production and department managers regarding workforce requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper HR documentation.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures across factory operations.
- Maintain HR data within ERP/HRMS systems and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 3 5 years of HR experience in a factory/manufacturing setup
- Experience in attendance and payroll coordination
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- ERP/HRMS experience (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
- Good Excel and communication skills
