Position Summary
Manage end-to-end HR and administrative operations for a Bengaluru manufacturing facility.
The role covers workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, contract labour, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, facilities, security, and discipline.
Factory HR Operations
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmation, employee records, HR policies, attendance, shifts, overtime, leave, and discipline.
- Partner with the Factory Head and functional managers on manpower planning and workforce requirements.
Manpower and Contract Labour
- Plan staffing for production, quality, maintenance, warehouse, and support functions and maintain local recruitment channels.
- Manage manpower agencies and contract labour, including deployment, documentation, wages, statutory compliance, productivity, discipline, and grievances.
Compliance and Relations
- Coordinate labour-law compliance, PF, ESIC, professional tax, welfare, minimum wages, bonus, gratuity, statutory registers, audits, and inspections.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, absenteeism, misconduct cases, and industrial relations.
