About The Role
A leading industrial company in the chocolate and confectionery sector is seeking a
General Manager
to lead the company in full, achieve growth in sales and profits, and strengthen the brand position in the local and regional markets.
This role represents the top leadership of the company, where the General Manager is responsible for the overall performance (P&L) and making strategic decisions that determine the future of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the overall company strategy and long-term growth plan
- Achieve owners’ objectives related to sales growth, profitability, and brand enhancement
- Manage the company’s full financial performance and improve profit margins
- Oversee all departments (finance, sales, marketing, operations, human resources, quality, and supply chain)
- Make decisions regarding expansion, market entry, or discontinuation of non-performing products
- Approve marketing strategies, pricing strategies, and new products
- Oversee factory readiness to meet demand, especially during peak seasons
- Manage operational crises and critical decisions related to quality and food safety
- Build and develop the executive leadership team and approve the organizational structure
Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in managing companies or factories
- Strong experience in the food or FMCG sector
- Proven experience in managing P&L and achieving financial and operational growth
- Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional executive teams
- Deep understanding of operations, markets, and supply chains
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field
- MBA or equivalent is preferred

- تبحث شركة صناعية رائدة في قطاع الشوكولاتة والحلويات عن مدير عام لقيادة الشركة بشكل كامل، وتحقيق النمو في المبيعات والأرباح، وتعزيز مكانة العلامة التجارية في السوق المحلي والإقليمي.
- يمثل هذا الدور القيادة العليا للشركة، حيث يكون المدير العام مسؤولاً عن الأداء الشامل (P&L) واتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية التي تحدد مستقبل الشركة.
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- قيادة وتطوير الاستراتيجية العامة للشركة وخطة النمو طويلة المدى
- تحقيق أهداف الملاك المتعلقة بنمو المبيعات، الأرباح، وتعزيز العلامة التجارية
- إدارة الأداء المالي الكامل للشركة وتحسين الهوامش الربحية
- الإشراف على جميع الإدارات (المالية، المبيعات، التسويق، العمليات، الموارد البشرية، الجودة، وسلسلة الإمداد)
- اتخاذ قرارات التوسع، دخول الأسواق، أو إيقاف المنتجات غير المجدية
- اعتماد الاستراتيجيات التسويقية والتسعيرية والمنتجات الجديدة
- الإشراف على جاهزية المصنع لتلبية الطلب، خصوصاً في المواسم العالية
- إدارة الأزمات التشغيلية والقرارات الحرجة المتعلقة بالجودة وسلامة الغذاء
- بناء وتطوير فريق الإدارة العليا واعتماد الهيكل التنظيمي
- المتطلبات
- خبرة قيادية عليا في إدارة شركات أو مصانع
- خبرة قوية في قطاع الأغذية أو FMCG
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة P&L وتحقيق نمو مالي وتشغيلي
- مهارات استراتيجية عالية في التخطيط واتخاذ القرار
- قدرة على قيادة فرق تنفيذية متعددة التخصصات
- فهم عميق للعمليات، الأسواق، وسلاسل الإمداد
- المؤهلات العلمية
- بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال / الهندسة / علوم الأغذية أو تخصص ذي صلة
- يفضل درجة ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال (MBA) أو ما يعادلها
- الدورات والشهادات الاحترافية (ميزة إضافية)
- إدارة سلاسل الإمداد (Supply Chain Management)
- التخطيط الاستراتيجي (Strategic Planning)
- إدارة الأداء المالي و P&L Management
- إدارة العمليات وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية (Operations Excellence)
