We are looking for experienced **Factory Foremen** with strong knowledge in **wooden joinery, doors, and timber works** to join our factory team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory production activities and manpower.
- Handle production related to wooden doors, joinery, and timber products.
- Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and quality departments.
- Monitor workmanship and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, machinery, and manpower.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards within the factory.
- Report daily production progress to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wooden joinery, doors, and timber industry.
- Strong knowledge of factory operations and production processes.
- Ability to supervise carpenters, machine operators, and factory workers.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- UAE experience preferred.
