Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations related to aluminium fabrication and production
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved
- Monitor and guide factory workers to ensure safe and efficient work practices
- Interpret technical drawings and coordinate production accordingly
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery, tools, and equipment
- Coordinate with the Production Manager, Quality Control, and other departments to maintain workflow
- Monitor material usage and minimize production waste
- Enforce workplace health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Factory Foreman in the aluminium fabrication industry
- Strong knowledge of aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, cladding, and other aluminium systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production plans
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of factory production processes, quality control, and safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
- Bachelor's degree (Required)
