Role Overview
Oversee manufacturing operations for PIR duct systems, NBR insulation, XLPE insulation, and related products.
Own production planning, manpower management, quality control, efficiency, safety, and production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly production activities.
- Manage production of PIR duct, NBR insulation, XLPE insulation, and related products.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Manage production manpower and allocate duties effectively.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize production waste.
- Ensure products meet company and customer quality requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and logistics departments.
- Monitor machinery and production equipment.
- Identify production problems and implement corrective actions.
- Improve production efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Maintain production reports, records, and KPIs.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of manufacturing or production management experience.
- Strong insulation or HVAC-related manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of PIR duct, NBR, XLPE, or similar insulation products.
- Ability to manage production teams and factory operations.
- UAE or GCC manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 7,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
