Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Facility Supervisor for luxury hospitality properties.
The role oversees guest experience and the smooth day-to-day operation of the property.
The position requires professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and a strong service mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main guest contact, welcome guests, and resolve requests, concerns, and complaints.
- Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, and other operational teams.
- Schedule employees, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance, attendance, and work quality.
- Coordinate inspections, identify maintenance and cleanliness issues, and follow up on corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with contractors and external providers and resolve operational problems.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, functionality, safety, and guest readiness.
- Maintain reports, communicate incidents and updates to management, and ensure compliance with procedures and health and safety standards.
- Take overall responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation and presentation of the property.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Facility, Facilities, Engineering, Hotel, Operations Supervisor, or similar.
- Experience in four- or five-star hotels, luxury hospitality, resorts, serviced apartments, or high-end private properties.
- UAE experience and a good command of English are required.
- Strong experience supervising employees and technical or maintenance teams.
- Good understanding of facility and maintenance operations.
- Strong guest relations, customer service, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment and take ownership of operations.
