Facility Specialist

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support daily facility activities across multiple sites.
• Manage pantry supplies, stationery, and other facility items.
• Manage and coordinate facility cleaners and drivers.
• Create and update facility reports and presentations.
• Interface with the Consortium and external parties.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and health standards.
• Support facility management across multiple sites.
• Perform other activities assigned by the Facility and Training Manager.

Qualifications and requirements

• Hold a facility management diploma or similar qualification.
• Have experience or understanding of facility management scope and related initiatives.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Know Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word; other software experience is a plus.
• Be familiar with supervising site activities related to facility management.
• Hold a valid driving license and be able to travel to locations within Riyadh as required.
• Demonstrate logical and organized thinking, independent work, and a proactive and accountable mindset.
• Have strong interpersonal skills, including careful listening and seeking feedback.
