Responsibilities
- Ensure that all company facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations
- Oversee building maintenance, utilities, and critical systems
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Develop and implement facility related policies and procedures
- Monitor budgets and service contracts
- Support environmental, health, and safety initiatives within the premises
- Inspect facilities, respond to service requests, supervise facility staff, maintain records and reports
- Collaborate with operations, quality, and health and safety teams to minimize disruptions
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in facility management within industrial, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments
- Strong skills in maintenance planning, contractor and vendor management, and budgeting for facility services
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as local building and regulatory requirements in the UAE
- Proficiency in using facility management software, maintenance tracking tools, and basic MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi and manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field; professional certifications in facility or safety management are an advantage

Role Description
- Full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi.

- Day to day activities include inspecting facilities, responding to service requests, supervising facility staff, maintaining records and reports, and collaborating with teams.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in maintenance planning, contractor and vendor management, and budgeting for facility services.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as local building and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
