Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Manage facility budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate repairs, inspections, and facility improvement projects
- Supervise facility staff, contractors, and service providers
- Monitor building systems, utilities, and equipment performance
- Conduct regular facility audits and risk assessments
- Improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Address facility related issues and resolve operational challenges promptly
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in facility management, building operations, or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and facility systems
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and service contracts
- Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
