Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
  • Manage facility budgets, expenses, and vendor contracts
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate repairs, inspections, and facility improvement projects
  • Supervise facility staff, contractors, and service providers
  • Monitor building systems, utilities, and equipment performance
  • Conduct regular facility audits and risk assessments
  • Improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Address facility related issues and resolve operational challenges promptly
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service excellence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in facility management, building operations, or a similar leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and facility systems
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and service contracts
  • Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software is an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
