Facility Management Supervisor

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning and housekeeping operations within the school.
• Lead, monitor, and allocate tasks to cleaning and support staff.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the facility.
• Conduct daily inspections and ensure service quality meets client requirements.
• Monitor attendance, grooming, uniforms, and staff performance.
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Manage and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, and client procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in soft facility management, housekeeping, or cleaning supervision.
• Previous experience working in a school or educational facility is mandatory.
• Two to three years of relevant supervisory experience is preferred.
• Good leadership and communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, PPE, and housekeeping standards.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and school management.
• Arabic and English communication skills are an advantage.
• A transferable Iqama is required.
• The candidate must be able to join immediately.
