About The Role
Ensure the safety, functionality, and efficiency of the organization’s physical environment by delivering integrated facilities services that support business continuity, employee well-being, and operational excellence.
The function maintains a high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective infrastructure and workplace services while mitigating risks related to health, safety, service disruption, and regulatory non-compliance
Responsibilities
Develop and implement facilities management strategies aligned with JTC objectives.
Oversee office support services, maintenance operations, logistics support, inventory management, and workplace services.
Ensure all JTC facilities and assets operate in compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Lead annual facilities budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
Manage outsourced contractors, vendors, and service providers through KPI and SLA monitoring.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs across all JTC facilities and operational assets.
Ensure facilities compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
Support planning and execution of JTC corporate events, VIP visits, operational activations, and special projects.
