Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Facility Management Coordinator or Supervisor to coordinate daily maintenance and facility management activities.
The role requires coordination and communication skills, knowledge of building maintenance operations and the ability to supervise technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily facility management and maintenance activities.
- Assign maintenance tasks to technicians and follow up on completion.
- Coordinate plumbing, electrical, HVAC, civil, painting and other maintenance works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
- Attend to tenant and client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, suppliers and service providers.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily work schedules, reports and maintenance records.
- Follow up on emergency maintenance requests and ensure a quick response.
- Monitor the quality of completed maintenance works.
- Ensure technicians follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
- Escalate major technical issues and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of UAE experience in facility management, building maintenance, property management or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Facility Management Coordinator, FM Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of building maintenance and MEP services.
- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise technicians and coordinate multiple maintenance activities.
- A valid UAE license or permit to operate a motorcycle, bicycle or e-scooter, as applicable to the assigned role.
- Ability to travel between properties or sites as required.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Compensation
- The stated pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
- The employer describes the salary as dependent on experience and qualifications.

- The role is performed in person.
