Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Facility Management sector
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, real estate companies, commercial facilities, residential compounds, and hospitality clients
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote GFM services
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals in coordination with the management team
- Negotiate terms and support the successful closure of contracts
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets
- Monitor market trends and identify upcoming opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations
- Experience in Facility Management, Property Management, Maintenance, Construction, or Real Estate preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self motivated with ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Good understanding of the Saudi market
