Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Facility Management sector.
  • Generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, real estate companies, commercial facilities, residential compounds, and hospitality clients.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote GFM services.
  • Prepare and submit commercial proposals in coordination with the management team.
  • Negotiate terms and support the successful closure of contracts.
  • Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
  • Monitor market trends and identify upcoming opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations.
  • Experience in Facility Management, Property Management, Maintenance, Construction, or Real Estate is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Good understanding of the Saudi market.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network within the Facility Management, Real Estate, or Construction industries.
  • Experience in preparing commercial proposals and quotations.
  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills.
