Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance.
- Ensure facilities, infrastructure, utilities, and equipment are properly maintained and operational.
- Develop and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Manage facility-related vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Supervise facility staff and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Monitor maintenance activities, service contracts, budgets, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain facility documentation, asset records, maintenance schedules, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address operational and facility requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost effectiveness.
- Manage facility issues, breakdowns, and emergencies and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, security, and site upkeep while supporting facility planning and infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Ability to oversee facility operations and maintenance, including infrastructure, utilities, and equipment.
- Knowledge of health, safety, environmental, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage facility vendors, contractors, service providers, and facility staff.
- Ability to monitor maintenance activities, service contracts, budgets, and operational expenses.
