AECOM is hiring a Facility Maintenance Specialist for facilities management and maintenance operations.
The role supports educational facilities, including schools, universities, campuses, and associated infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with management about schedules, budgets, delays, critical issues, and assignment status.
- Prioritize repair requests weekly with the Facilities Manager to maintain operational continuity.
- Maintain repair logs and submit weekly reports covering status updates and completion dates.
- Manage supplies and equipment inventory and procure materials with approval.
- Provide technical guidance, uphold maintenance standards, and oversee technical personnel training and evaluation.
- Perform additional critical facility-related responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- Require 10–15 years of substantial Facilities Management experience.
- Require experience managing, operating, and maintaining educational facilities and associated infrastructure.
- Require a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
