Facility Engineer

Job Title: Facility Engineer Location: Qatar Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Facility Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP and previous experience in Facility Management (FM). They should also possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, a valid UPDA Certification, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities, ensuring they are functioning efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance needs - Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans - Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work - Troubleshoot and resolve any facility-related issues - Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations - Create and maintain accurate records and reports for all facility-related activities - Manage and monitor the budget for facility maintenance and operations - Provide leadership and guidance to the facility maintenance team - Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders - Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of facilities Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - Valid UPDA Certification - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience - Previous experience in Facility Management (FM) is required - Strong MEP background - Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills If you are a highly skilled and motivated Facility Engineer with a passion for maintaining high-quality facilities, we want to hear from you!
