A Facilities Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operation of the workplace or facility. The role involves managing office maintenance, vendor coordination, workspace services, and supporting employees with facility-related needs. How you'll make an impact Oversee the daily operations of office and facility services Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping activities Manage vendors for security, housekeeping, pantry, pest control, electrical, plumbing, and other services Ensure compliance with safety, health, and facility standards Monitor office supplies, utilities, and facility-related inventory Support seating arrangements, office space utilization, and workplace readiness Handle employee requests related to facility issues and resolve them promptly Maintain records of service contracts, invoices, and vendor performance Assist in organizing office moves, internal events, and workplace changes Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality Liaise with building management and internal teams for smooth operations About you Skills Required : Good communication and vendor management abilities Strong organizational and coordination skills Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of workplace safety and facility operations Attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline Experience in facilities management, administration, or workplace operations preferred Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools Additional Information At Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself.
