The Facilities Maintenance Technician conducts routine inspections, diagnoses issues, and performs preventive maintenance to identify and address potential problems before they escalate. In addition to technical expertise, this individual possesses good problem-solving abilities, using a variety of hand and power tools to execute repairs and installations efficiently.

Job Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is a skilled professional responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of various building systems and equipment within a facility. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of the facility, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. The Facilities Maintenance Technician conducts routine inspections, diagnoses issues, and performs preventive maintenance to identify and address potential problems before they escalate. In addition to technical expertise, this individual possesses good problem-solving abilities, using a variety of hand and power tools to execute repairs and installations efficiently.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance supply purchasing (paint, supplies, etc)
- Manage vendors for waste removal, forklift/Powered Industrial Trucks, floor scrubbers, and other maintenance assets.
- Develop and keep weekly schedules, set timelines, and meet deadlines.
- Participate in weekly maintenance update meeting.
- Inventory Maintenance supplies, equipment, and tools.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
