Role overview
Join Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineering to maintain and optimize technologies across the global warehouse and delivery network.
The role focuses on safety compliance, timely preventative maintenance, equipment availability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Follow health and safety best practices and comply with all applicable standards and regulations.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance on the full range of site equipment.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns, communicate clearly with affected parties, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Learn from breakdowns and provide improvement feedback and suggestions through the line manager.
- Maintain high equipment availability for internal customers.
- Support and learn from Senior Reliability Engineering Technicians.
- Manage contractors.
Basic qualifications
- Experience in electrical, mechanical, electronics, communication, instrumentation, or controls disciplines.
Preferred qualifications
- At least 1 year of conveyors, automation, or control systems maintenance experience.
