Role overview

Core responsibilities

• Run accommodation, catering, laundry, housekeeping, gym, and mosque operations.
• Supervise the camp workforce and manage room allocation, bed-space planning, check-in, check-out, and occupancy records.
• Conduct hygiene, housekeeping, HSE, and fire-safety inspections and maintain written records.
• Manage food safety, laundry and linen operations, stock control, maintenance fault coordination, and resident welfare.
• Prepare reports covering occupancy, meals served, incidents, faults, and costs.

Experience and qualifications

• Bring 3–5+ years of camp, accommodation, facilities, catering, or hospitality supervision experience.
• GCC experience is essential, with Saudi Arabia strongly preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP principles, HSE, fire safety, housekeeping, laundry, stock control, and maintenance coordination.
• Hold a municipality health card or be eligible to obtain one on arrival.
• Have working English and be physically fit for a live-in, on-call role.

Additional skills

• Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Tagalog, or Arabic is an additional advantage.
• Transferable Iqama is an advantage.
• HACCP certification, first aid, fire warden training, or experience on specified Saudi-standard camps is desirable.

Package

• The package includes SAR 3,000 basic salary per month.
• Benefits include accommodation, three daily meals, transport, CCHI medical insurance, sponsored Iqama and work permit, joining and annual return air tickets, 21 days of paid annual leave, overtime, and end-of-service benefits under Saudi Labour Law.
