Give & Go is looking for an experienced Facilities Program Manager to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of facility infrastructure and building systems.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role will lead facility maintenance programs, capital projects, regulatory compliance initiatives, contractor management, and energy optimization efforts while supporting operational excellence across the site.

• Oversee the maintenance and reliability of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, fire protection, and wastewater treatment systems.
• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
