In this role, you’ll closely impact Marine Corps master planning and facilities program management by develop ing portfolio structures and standards, validating MILCON and space requirements, analyzing real property and GIS data, maintaining information management tools, and preparing performance met rics that help measure the effectiveness of the Master Planning Strategy and Force Design. Knowledge of internet Navy Facility Asset Data Store ( iNFADS ) , GEOFidelis Online ( GIS ) , and other DoD real property data systems
Knowledge of Force Design Strategy, Master Planning Strategy, and enterprise facilities portfolio management approaches
Master’s degree in planning, engineering, public administration, real estate, or a related field
PMP, LEED, AICP, IFMA, or similar facilities or planning‑ related certification s
