About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate closely with US teams to understand project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Translate priorities into clear direction for the 50 person production team in Pakistan
- Set and adjust priorities within internal software system to keep production aligned with US project needs
- Serve as subject matter authority on building systems, answering technical questions and ensuring report accuracy
- Interpret equipment data (including HVAC model and serial numbers) to drive creation of detailed facilities reports
- Review site conditions and building systems remotely through Virtual Reality (VR) walkthroughs
- Read and interpret construction and building drawings to validate field data
- Coordinate directly with US on site teams to resolve gaps in field documentation
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of how buildings operate as systems (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general building infrastructure)
- Proven facilities management experience
- Demonstrated team management / leadership experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction and building drawings
- Proficiency with Bluebeam (Revu) for drawing review and markup
- Confidence working with computers, software systems, and virtual collaboration tools
- Comfortable leading and participating in frequent virtual meetings across time zones

What You'll Do
- Coordinate closely with our US teams to understand project priorities, deadlines, and what each deliverable requires
- Translate those priorities into clear, actionable direction for the 50 person production team in Pakistan, assigning work and managing throughput across active US projects
- Set and adjust priorities within our internal software system to keep production aligned with US project needs
- Serve as the subject matter authority on building systems — including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and the broader infrastructure that keeps a facility running — answering technical questions from the team and ensuring report accuracy
- Interpret equipment data (including HVAC model and serial numbers) to drive the creation of detailed facilities and equipment reports
- Review site conditions and building systems remotely through Virtual Reality (VR) walkthroughs
- Read and interpret construction and building drawings to validate field data
- Coordinate directly with US on site teams to resolve gaps, including missing photos, incomplete VR captures, and other field documentation
