Role Description
Full-time, on-site Facilities Operations Manager role based in Abu Dhabi.
Oversee facilities operations for multiple locations, including luxury villas, residential properties, and amenities.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Supervise vendors and maintenance staff.
- Ensure locations meet safety, health, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor building systems and equipment.
- Manage service contracts and facilities-related issues.
- Respond to problems to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Monitor the facilities budget.
Qualifications
- Strong facilities operations and facility management skills are required.
- Operations management experience across multiple locations is required.
- Proficiency in preventive maintenance planning and implementation is required.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills are required.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
- A relevant diploma or degree in facilities management, engineering, operations, or a related field is advantageous.
