Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all building systems, ensuring optimal functionality and safety for occupants.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to execute repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Develop and implement budgets for facilities operations, controlling expenditures and identifying cost saving opportunities.
