Qualifications:
Notary Public, certified and bonded.
10+ years of experience in either civil or structural engineering.
5+ years of successful, progressive office experience required.

Be willing to support and adhere to company policies and tribal laws, as necessary to meet the goals of the Silver Reef Casino Resort and the Lummi Nation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be willing to work more than 40 hours per week, as necessary, to fulfill the duties of this position.
Licensing Requirements:
Qualify and obtain in good standing a Class III Gaming License
Essential Job Functions:
Executive Support: Maintain the Director of Facility’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Responsible for drafting correspondence.
Must have exceptional written communication skills.
Maintain the highest level of integrity and discretion when handling critical or confidential information.
Ensure the department remains current with all federal, state, and local permitting requirements.

Must be fluent in GL Coding.
Maintain vendor checkbook.
Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and manage department’s expense reports.
Informed on Lummi Nation Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) and various tribal taxes and exemptions.
Regulatory & Project Management:
Assist in the planning and execution of facilities-related projects.
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
Articulate safety inspection protocol with the ability to effectively communicate changes to department.
Maintain and update facilities management databases and records.
Regularly generate reports and compile data for analysis and decision-making.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
Physical requirements include bending, crawling, stooping, standing, lifting, and walking.
Must be able to load and unload boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
