Facilities Manager

Manage the building’s soft services, including cleaning and security contractors.

Act as a key contact for tenants on repairs, maintenance and general facilities matters.

Work closely with the on-site concierge team to support the tenant experience.

Coordinate day-to-day facilities activity and follow through on issues to resolution.

Build effective relationships with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Support the safe, smooth and professional operation of the asset.
