About the Role
Condé Nast Middle East seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee safe, compliant, and efficient workplace operations in Dubai. The role manages building services, vendors, health & safety, security, and office projects to support business continuity and employee experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day facilities operations, ensuring the workplace is safe, secure, clean, well maintained, and operational
- Act as primary point of contact for landlords, building management, service providers, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems, office infrastructure, furniture, equipment, and workplace assets
- Manage vendors, service contracts, procurement activities, purchase orders, invoices, budgets, and supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with local health & safety, fire, environmental, security, statutory, and lease requirements
- Maintain facilities records, asset registers, maintenance schedules, compliance documentation, and operational reports
- Lead workplace services including reception, meeting rooms, office moves, seating, space planning, and employee support
- Partner with HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Security, Real Estate, and Workplace teams to deliver seamless workplace operations
- Support sustainability initiatives including energy efficiency, waste reduction, recycling, and responsible resource management
- Plan and coordinate office refurbishments, minor works, workplace improvements, relocations, and facilities related projects
Requirements
- Significant experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Operations, Building Management, or Corporate Services
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, maintenance programs, office services, and workplace operations
- Strong knowledge of health & safety, fire safety, security, statutory compliance, and building services
- Experience managing budgets, procurement, purchase orders, invoices, and cost control
- Proven ability to manage workplace projects, office moves, and cross functional stakeholders
- Degree or qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certifications such as IFMA, IWFM, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent

Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with employees, leadership teams, landlords, building management, contractors, vendors, and regional/global Facilities, Security, HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Workplace teams to deliver consistent service excellence.
Required Experience
- Significant experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Operations, Building Management, or Corporate Services.
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, maintenance programs, office services, and workplace operations.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety, fire safety, security, statutory compliance, and building services.
- Experience managing budgets, procurement, purchase orders, invoices, and cost control.
- Proven ability to manage workplace projects, office moves, and cross functional stakeholders.
- Experience leading in house teams or outsourced service providers is preferred.
