Position Overview
Manage building services, facility operations, maintenance, and technical performance as a Facilities Manager or Building Services Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily building services and facility operations.
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, and other MEP systems.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Review technical reports, maintenance plans, and contractor performance.
- Conduct inspections and resolve building services issues.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and building management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and technical requirements.
- Monitor maintenance costs, energy efficiency, and system performance.
- Support testing, commissioning, handover, and defect rectification.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, building services engineering, facilities management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management or building services.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, building operations, and maintenance.
- Good understanding of relevant codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Strong technical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in commercial buildings, property development, or large-scale projects preferred.
