Responsibilities
- Ensure all restaurant facilities, equipment, and assets are maintained in excellent working condition
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for repairs and maintenance works
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance requirements and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Monitor maintenance costs and assist in controlling operational expenses
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, asset registers, and service schedules
- Respond promptly to facility related issues to minimize operational disruptions
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within restaurant, hospitality, or retail sector
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, MEP systems, kitchen equipment, and facility operations
- Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize maintenance requirements
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Valid UAE driving license
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different stakeholders
